The Fighter

I am the fighter.
The fighter of freedom.

I am one with the truth, and He with me.

I have been looked down on, and ignored.
I have been stepped on, and shunned.

But I am an apprentice of the mighty King.
A warrior of the mightiest of lands.

So I will keep fighting.
For never, will I fall.

I will not be a victim to your fate.
I will not be swayed by your weak heart, and wicked lies.

For as long as my true home stands,
I will walk on, because I can.

For everynight that you burn me alive, come morning I will rise again.
